" We're A Great Catch "

Welcome!

Nature Coast Homes is a Residential Home Builder and General Contracting Firm located in Tampa Bay Florida. The Company was founded in 2004 and is led by Mick Pasmore and Glen Schultz, each with extensive new construction & residential remodeling history. Nature Coast Homes builds homes under their own name and in the past has acted as a "Shell Contractor" to build homes for some of the leading home building firms in the Country such as Beazer, Lennar, Ryland, and Pulte. At the height of the building boom between 2004 and 2006, NCH built a reputation as a "One Stop Shop" capable of providing clients with property, financing, homes & pools. They attribute their success to the fact that they are a close knit family-run business and that they complete 90% of their own work and contract out only a minor portion of a project. The complete control over the construction process provided them a unique competitive advantage and it is a key element to their establishing a reputation for successfully completing projects on time and on budget.

Since 2004 NCH has completed the following:

* Framed, Trimmed & Dry Walled in excess of 4000

* Built in excess of 400 homes.

* Poured in excess of 6000 Foundation Slabs.

* Poured in excess of 6000 Driveways

* Applied stucco on over 6000 homes.

As of November 2007, NCH had over 50 homes under construction in the Tampa Bay area. Today, due to the housing & financial crisis NCH is specializing in Residential Home Remodeling in the Tampa Bay area however their main focus is now on the State of Mississippi where they have held their Residential Contractor?s License for four consecutive years now and remains focused on building ?Affordable Housing? along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
